and so we come to this: the purpose of this project is to create a cost-effective lighting source that will provide households with light at a low-electric consumption level.

winter 2007 design brief the main problem with todays lighting fixtures are-—there are none! countless apartments feature no light fixtures (aside from bathrooms, and maybe kitchens) and we all have to resort to getting our own lamps and other lighting appliances. not only that, but these in turn take up needed wall outlets and consume more
energy that one simple light bulb.

in comes the LED! 30 of these little bulbs lasts longer, and consumes far less power than your conventional 60w light bulb. this means more money in your pockets and less fuels are needed to produce the electricity needed.
